Ingredients 2 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 tbsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup corn oil 4 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp vanilla esson 1 cup choclate chips
Method Preheat oven 180C Sift all dry ingredients. Add in sugar and mix well. Make a well in the centre of it. Put egg, milk, oil, butter and vanilla essence in the centre. Mix well. Lastly, fold the chocolate chips in. Spoon in muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes. Wala!
* the chocolate chips can be exchange with other ingredients such as banana, pumpkin, etc. |

Ingredients 1 packet spaghetti 2 cloves chopped red onion 4 cloves chopped gralic 300 gm of mixed seafood (squid, prawn, mussel or fish fillet) Mix herbs bay leaves 100 grams Parmesan Cheese 1cup of cream 2 tablespoon of flour 2 cup stock (chicken or fish) 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp chopped pasly A pinch of salt Method:
Cook the pasta according to the packet instruction. Saute the red onion and garlic using butter. Add in the bay leaves, mix herbs, flour and stock. After that, add the seafood Next the parmesan cheese and krim let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add in the freshly chopped pasly. Done! Served with spaghetti. Wala!
* senang giler recipe nie kalau nak tukar dgn ayam pun boleh.

Resipi Mentega 125 gm Gula perang 1 cawan Teur 3 biji Tepung gandum 1/4 cawan Soda bikarbonat 1/4 tsp Tepung naik sendiri 1 cawan Serbuk koko 1/3 cawan cokelat gelap masakan (dicairkan dulu) 200 gm Susu UHT 3/4 cawan
topping: cokelat gelap masakan 300 gm krim 3/4 cawan
Hiasan: strawberry & cadburry cokelat flakes
Cara-cara buat kek 1. panaskan oven 160C/140 fan force oven. grease bekas tin size 20cm 2. Pukul mentega+ gula - sampai kembang 3. + telur satu demi satu - sampai sebati 4. Ayak tepung + soda + serbuk koko - masukkan kedalam adunan telur 5. + susu 6. + cokelat cair 7. bakar 40-45 minit
Cara-cara buat topping 1. potong kecil-kecil cokelat dan masukkan kedalam microwave selama 1-2 minit power low atau defrost mode , selalu kacau dan lastly campurkan dengan krim 2. boleh juga mengggunakan kaedah double boiler.
Nota chef: jangan bakar lama sangat nanti kering hilanglah moistnya. Amaran: hidangan ini boleh menyebabkan ketagihan & berat bedan meningkat, jangan salahkan saya hahahah |
